Legal24 is being designed as the legal and compliance venture of the 24Squad group. The practice will cover commercial contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, MCA annual filings, trademark and copyright registration, consumer-complaint responses, and basic litigation support via partner advocates. Pricing will be fixed-fee or capped-retainer, with the same templated-intake playbook that FinTax24 applies to compliance work. The venture is in planning pending a panel of partner advocates in Gujarat and Maharashtra; the live service will launch with contracts and MCA filings first, then add IP and dispute support.
