The origin story behind the 24Squad operating model — and the reason we structure every venture as an independent startup under one group.
24Squad started in 2020 as a holding group for two startups the founder was already running — finance and tax for Indian SMBs, and web design for founders and small businesses.
The early insight was simple: most of the back-office work is shared across startups, and most of the front-office work is the part each founder needs to focus on. So instead of running two parallel companies, we built one group with shared operations and independent product teams.
Today the group manages 13 startups across finance, real estate, marketing, education, hospitality, and tech. 5 are live, 1 is in build, 7 are planned.

Shared infrastructure ships.
Launched WebHost24 (managed hosting) and 24Mail (Indian-business email). Built shared finance, legal, and ops back-office.
- 2023Address & teamMilestone 03
24Square opens, first co-founders join.
Launched 24Square — the corporate office and registered address for the 24Squad group. Brought in the first external co-founders for SEOFixer and FinWiz24.
- 2024Operator programMilestone 04
Operator-in-residence begins.
Launched RozGar24 (job site) and SkilUp24 (skill upgradation). Opened the operator-in-residence program for startup leads.
- 2025AI-shapedMilestone 05
AI products launch, 9 operators across the group.
Launched NanoTask24 (AI-first task management), LocalGrow24 (GMB + listings), and GrowMatic24 (social automation). Reached 9 operators across the group.
