Read the termsWhat changed in v2.0
Effective 14 July 2026. The full document was restructured into 15 numbered sections (was 9) so each clause has a stable reference number. Material additions:
- §7 — External services and embeds. New clause. Documents how YouTube / GitHub / map embeds set third-party cookies and recommends privacy extensions.
- §8 — Prohibited conduct. Expanded from one bullet to eight, covering scraping, automated access, malware, impersonation, and harvesting.
- §9 — Indemnification. Carved out from the prior catch-all “general liability” paragraph; now its own numbered clause.
- §10 — Limitation of liability. Replaced the prior one-line disclaimer with a full clause that names the excluded damage categories and adds the jurisdictional-cap carve-out.
- §14 — Changes to these terms. New clause. Sets the change-notification procedure: revised date on the page, 14-day home-page banner, and email + re-acceptance for material changes.
No prior terms were weakened. If you want the previous v1.0 document, email [email protected] and we will send a signed PDF.

You confirm that you own the User Content or have the right to grant the above licence, and that it does not violate any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
5. Accuracy of information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content on this website. Blog posts reflect the views of the named author at the time of publication and are provided for educational and informational purposes only — they do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
Information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Where a blog post is flagged as “Citation-ready”, it means the post has been fact-checked by the named reviewer as of the date shown — it does not mean the post is free from error in perpetuity.
6. Third-party links
This website may contain links to third-party websites for further information or context. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee the content, products, or services offered by any third party, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Please review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
7. External services and embeds
Some pages may embed third-party content — for example, a YouTube video, a GitHub gist, or a map. When you view a page with an embed, the third party may set its own cookies and collect your IP address. We surface only embeds that we believe respect your privacy; if you would prefer to avoid them entirely, browser extensions like uBlock Origin or NoScript will block third-party scripts without affecting your reading of our text.
8. Prohibited conduct
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website.
- Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation, servers, or any security feature.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without our written permission.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the website for any purpose without our express written consent.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
- Impersonate 24Squad, a 24Squad employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the website.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 24Squad, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your access to or use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24Squad, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) this website, even if 24Squad has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 24Squad expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
24Squad does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that the results obtained from use of the website will be accurate or reliable; or that the quality of any content will meet your expectations.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable law that cannot be contractually waived.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 24Squad regarding your use of the website, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject.
