How 24Square migrated its production infrastructure onto WebHost24

24Square is 24Squad’s coworking and virtual-office venture, operating three sites in Palitana, Bhavnagar, and Ahmedabad. Its production stack includes the customer-facing marketing site, the desk-booking API, the customer portal, and a back-office tool used by the on-site teams.

Prior to the migration 24Square ran on a managed hosting provider whose P1 incident response was contractually 4 hours but had averaged 6 hours across the trailing year. Two of those incidents had caused customer-visible downtime: a 38-minute booking-API outage during peak desk-booking hours, and a 22-minute customer-portal outage during a virtual-office onboarding flow.

WebHost24 provisioned owned hardware in Palitana and Mumbai, with anycast DNS, free SSL, daily backups, and a contractual 4-hour P1 incident response. The two-week cutover was planned for sequential service migrations during off-peak windows.

Trailing 12-month uptime on the WebHost24 platform measured 99.97%, exceeding the 99.9% SLA. Mean incident response time was 1.8 hours, well under the 4-hour commitment. 24Square’s hosting cost stayed flat across the year, avoiding the usage-based escalations the prior provider had begun charging.

“WebHost24 gave us a 4-hour incident response we could actually rely on. Uptime has held above 99.97% for the trailing 12 months and the bill has not moved.”
