Where is my data hosted?
Palitana, Gujarat and Mumbai — both Indian data centers. Data does not leave India. We use RBI-grade controls, never replicate abroad, and never park customer data on foreign clouds.
How long does it take to deploy an app?
Under five minutes for any of the 20+ one-click apps (WordPress, ERPNext, n8n, Ghost, Nextcloud, Moodle, WooCommerce). Git-deploy is similarly fast: push to your Git remote and we build, deploy, and roll back automatically. Custom stacks provision in a few minutes.
What is your refund policy?
All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If WebHost24 is not the right fit, cancel within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
INR pricing with UPI, cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), and netbanking. No FX markup, no surprise overage charges, no hidden conversion fees. Every invoice carries our GSTIN so you can claim full input tax credit.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Bring your own domain and we handle DNS, free Let's Encrypt SSL, and renewals automatically. SSL certificates auto-renew before expiry so your site never goes down over an expired cert.
