About RozGar24
RozGar24 is the recruitment and people-ops startup of 24Squad, building an Indian job site with the same scope as Naukri but with two key differentiators: (1) institute and college onboarding so employers can post to entire campuses in one click, and (2) structured NEP-aligned internship programs with credit, evaluation, and reporting built in.
Rozgar24 was created because the other 24Squad startups spent more time wrangling HR and payroll than running product. We built the in-house HR function, then turned it into a service for other SMBs.
